Boy Scout Troop 6 NewsMany thanks to all that donated their bottles at our January bottle drive. The bottle drive was a success. Your continued support helps us send our scouts to summer camp and helps defer the costs of the camping trips. Your support to the troop is needed more than ever with the rising costs for all activities. This year the fee for summer camp alone was raised from $250 to $325 for each scout. If you need to schedule a pick up of bottles please contact, Brian Laroche by e-mail at sa@troop6quincy.org . The next bottle drive is Saturday March 19th from 9am to noon. Please mark your calendars for the 75th anniversary celebration for the troop on May 7th at 6pm. Invitation to the event is open to everyone. Tickets for this event will be going on sale on March 19th. Next month there will be information in the Bulletin on where they can be purchased. The troop is trying to contact past members of the troop. Below is a list of past scoutmasters and eagle scouts.
